Every broker should have a scorecard made up to evaluate carriers and even individual drivers. It only makes sense. Knowing who is working for you and with you is good as well as who is working against you and not with you.

- On-time pick up
- On-time delivery
- Communications
- Availability
- Billing accuracy, etc.
