Hi, this is a good post and it really hit home as Marilyn said. There is the age thing but the practice is also useful. I have worked at a call center calling prospective customers and at some point you really get used to it and forget being apprehensive. It is helpful also to keep in mind that you are making a favour to your customer by offering him a solution to his transport cares


Thank you for this post. I enjoy all of your posts but this one in particular really hit home. You are right about the age thing. I am a new broker started my business the first of the year and am aprehensive about calling the shippers. Thanks again!
