I recently completed live training here in El Paso for two clients. They are going to be working together as partners and have selected to form an LLC for their business structure.
Many people want to know what is the best way to go for their business. There is no pat answer as it depends on their current and estimated income among other things.
In the near future, I will be putting together a short video lesson on how an LLC works and what the advantages and disadvantages might be.
